Text Box:      Greetings Lions and Lioness,                                     December  2005                                       The winter season really didn't have to start like it did. Yet what a wonderful time of year it is. The time of year that the Lions and Lioness give even more to their communities and help make this a season of caring and giving. Holiday meals are being cooked for those who are alone. Toys and mittens are being collected for the children. many donations are being made to the food pantry. And we have helped those in need after Katrina had left so many devastated.   I am so proud to be a part of District 27C2. When I see the monthly reports and read all the good deeds that you Lions and Lioness are doing. A very heartfelt THANK YOU to all.   Many of the clubs in our district are collecting deer hides. The hides will be sold and the monies will be used to send children with disabilities to the Lions Camp at Rosholt, FREE.
